    Danny Green training

Hey check this out I stumbled across. This guy is a machine! It is a website called fast4football.com there is a section called other athletes on there and a page with a few videos of Danny Green training (strength and conditioning training, not sparring) I watched it and went straight to the gym, missed his comeback fight but can't wait to see him take on Anthony Mundine again.

It's easy, it's free, just register a username and password similar to registering for this forum. It turns out it was some footage before his world title fight against Stipe Drews. It looked like they did some pretty cool stuff outdoors as well as the gym but didn't show too much. I'm going to email them and ask for more of the outdoor conditioning.

Ross is sic, straight up. What is his job? Is he a personal trainer? or what. He is in INCREDIBLE shape, but what does he do exactly?
