Yesterday morning im like 149, in the evening, I get home from the gym and Im 146. I have a light dinner: 5 ounces of broiled chicken breast with the skin taken off, green leaf lettuce and a medium size tomato for a salad, I did add a bit of salt on both however... I get back on the scale and Im 152! This morning I get on the scale as soon as I wake up and im 145.. I do note that my scale is a cheap analog version.. What's my real weight?
