Mann sometimes after I get warmed up and start on my arms (pull ups, pull downs, etc), I start yawning and get a little sleepy. I mean it should be the opposite, sometimes I take supplements like creatine and black(crack) powder, and they give me boosts, but still for the most part I feel like I'm on a subtle xanax high when I hit that gym. Am I the only one? Maybe I ***ed around too much with good ole drugs in my day?

how much sleep do you get? one of the biggest parts of training is resting/sleeping. getting that 7-10 hours of sleep daily is important and takes its tole on the body from consistent abuse. a lot of people who weight lift like to do a 12x1 sort of thing and they come back even stronger meaning 12 week workouts and 1 week off. maybe just do a few miles on the road during that 1 week of rest if your body does need the rest.

Eating right and sleeping right will give you far more consistent energy that fancy supplements will.

I only get tired when it gets really ****in hot in there. There's usually fans spaced out and the windows and doors open tho, so a decent breeze stays flowin. But on crowded days, it turns into a giant sauna and I feel like passin out after an hr of workin out.

I get tired before I go to the gym usually. It's like my body is trying to trick me not to go to the gym. But when I get there and get started I work out for 2 hours.
But of course I'm dead tired if I go after getting little sleep. I hate that ****. I need at least 8 hours of sleep when I train hard.

im my opinion the only supplement you should be taking is a multi-vitamin. Unless your a professional boxer and you have a nutritionist that moniters you, which i doubt.

Creatine is better for Anaerobic exercises like sprinting... Like everyone one said make sure your getting enough sleep and eating right.. make sure you get a good meal with alot of good carbs about a hour before you hit the gym, that will make a big difference
