    it improves strength, grip, legs, and footwork if u're creative enough. i do it 1 min then jump on the tire itself (need a pretty decent size tire) and do simple footwork on it like criss cross jumping, alternating, and also bunny hopping side to side with the sledgehammer over head for a minute, then hop back down and hit it for another minute.

    eventually anybody that hasnt seen you in a while in the gym is going to notice increased power and quicker footwork
