What do you wear when running?

A got damn t-shirt, gym shorts, and running shoes and sometimes a baseball cap because my hair is long.

- TShirt made from wick-a-way polyester
- Wick-a-way Shorts
- Under Armor Compression Shorts
- Running Shoes

I have to wear running clothes made from polyester that removes sweat from the skin quickly because I get terrible chaffing if I wear cotton. If it gets cold (like in the winter) I toss on a windbreaker on top, a hat, gloves and running tights.
