    i been doin some swimmin after a gym session and was doin some shadow in the pool and it felt good what are you opnions about doing shadow in a pool i think its good

    It's good because the water's working against you so you'll naturally be quicker in a real boxing amtch. I practise punches underwater. It does look a bit odd though if your actually shadow boxing in the pool lol.

      Swimming is great for you. You're able to work certain musles that you usually dont ever hit. I always love swimming after a good workout, its relaxing and cools you down but its also another workout in disguise.

        yea the women was looking at me thinking wtf lol
        im gonna start doing lots of shadow in the pool cause i do feel it works
