If the same food wasnt food around 100 - 150 years ago for the most part dont eat it with few exceptionsComment

just eat wholesome thigns like oatmeal/porridge for breakfast
sandwiches with multigrain bread for lunch
lean meats, no fizzy drink (coke zero etc are ok)
low fat dairy products
no lollies
nuts are good
that sort of thingComment
