    wow i recently upped my running to everday this week, and its insane how much the conditioning inscreases. i thought i had decent stamina before. now im shocked with how good my wind is...

    I was doing 7 at first but I do a labor job and it takes it's toll. Now only 4 to 5 days a week. Running is essential, it's a mental upper also.

      i usually run 2-3 mornings a week and then do sprints on a saturday with our boxing team

      but i think we're done with sprints now seeing as we are all fit again and are fighting on a coming saturday

        should i be running for distance or time? like i usually do a 5k or a little shorter on some days and finish in 15 minutes flat. Others i go for longer runs like 8k's and the such and im done in 30.

          A run schedule of 3 days on, 1 off, 2 on ,1 off is how I have always ran and has worked well for me and others.

            vers, what's your real age? i could've sworn you were a year or 2 younger than i was when i first joined this place.

              I hate running. I do it anyways. I do it everyday unless im not in the mood. Honestly if i am not in the mood then i dont do roadwork.

                Domey, I like that schedule. It seems that's what I have to do. I notice that after 3 days my body and legs need a break. If I take a day off it really helps to increase my performance. I think that's a good suggestion and schedule. Thanks man for sharing.

                  I run 3-4 days a week, reason I miss 3 is because I go to Boxing... and I go college also so can't get the time to run on days I go Boxing.

                    Running and ab excercises are my weaknesses. I try to run at least 3 times a week but Id much rather have a good workout or boxing session.

                    Played some football (soccer) at the park the other day, got much more excercise then i would have done from running, might have to start doing it regularly.
