  • Hella weak...

    I twisted my ankle on Friday while i was putting some road work in. I was running and i hit a pot hole. My ankle ain't that bad, i've been through worse. In fact, it's actually feeling better.

    But anyways, i gotta baby it for the next week until i'm 110% again. I'll probably do some medium work, but no running. Damn...it's all good though. I'm in good shape so i can afford to take it easy a couple days. The good thing is that it'll give a chance to rest, and i never rest.

    My trainers are going to kill me. LOL.

    Just a thought, that's all.

    Do some swimming if your trainers really start busting your balls about not doing some cardio workout.

    All said and done though, sometimes its a good idea to give your body a rest so you can come back fresh and stronger than before.
