It's definitely not normal for your hands/wrists to hurt with the stuff that you are doing, especially when you've only done it for three days. Tell your trainer your hands hurt. He may be slapping his mitts too hard. How well are you hands wrapped and do you have any padding for your knuckles? One thing I do is wrap my wrists a grip load when I wrap my hands, I've injured by wrist before and it really sucks. In fact, I just hurt it again last night. I was sparring and landed a body shot at an awkward angle, and now I can't even use my one hand. I think I'll be out for at least a whole week nursing it. Even then I'll have to be careful. Anyways, its defnitely not normal so tell your trainer. Don't hold the pain and just keep doing the **** that will *** up your body. Either your trainer's doing something wrong or your not properly wrapped up or both.
btw best way is to rest and let the pain go away. if you keep doing that **** while its hurting you may have to take a much bigger break later down the road.
