  • power !!!

    hi i no people say hittin the heavy bag incereases power but what else or work outs could you do ?
    also would sqattin help because power comes from legs so any ideas ?

    you can improve power only by so much, by doing explosive movements, and increasing your mass. but will that attain you the type of knock out destructive power that you desire is always questionable.

          i have to go with technique, the spring of legs connects to the twist of your punch and connect to the release of your punch.
