    what exercises can i do to improve my slippin and ducking like tyson used too. i have bad knees and i keep my knees to tense when duckin what exercises can i do? thanks

    a lot of core work. the faster you slip the more you have to tense your core to stop the movement and go back in the opposite direction. lower back and legs. need a great base under you for balance and such. good mornings are one of the best workouts in my opinion for elusive type fighters. dead lifts for the legs and back, squats, lunges. you could get better at it just by practicing it but i think to get the most potential out what you want to do isolation lifting adds a lot more then just doing the movements by themselves.
