yea dats me, the fight in saratoga was very sloppy. i was late then i didnt have my mouthpiece so i was really tense and didnt perform well. i still thought i won but it was close and he was from saratoga so u know how that goes. it was a match bout so i got to move on to the east ny finals. i was relaxed and won that. now we got state this friday. Lenord is training us with the guy we worked the pads, and kevin works wit us on occasian.

From what I could actually see in the video, it looks like you are pushing your right hand alot. Maybe it's the quality of the video, but it also looks like you arn't turning it over at all either. Throwing it leaving your thumb up, instead of turning at the end of the punch. Can't really tell cause I am having a hard time seeing clearly in the video, but it definatly looks like you are pushing your right hand alot.

it's all good, dude. for what it's worth, it was probably the fight of the night.

based on the brief conversation my buddy and i had with lenord at that saratoga show, i'd say he's one of the nicest and realest dudes in the sport.
