how much tip do i need to give to my boxing trainer? (In the philippines)

but how can I stop giving him tip now that Ive started it? it seems kinda akward to stop cause he will think that he did something wrong

tell em, your allowance got cut... only pay him when does soemthing extra extra for you like for me when i train over time and sparr with em for long rounds. I only pay boxer trainors for their sparr with others like fitness trainors when they sparr with me they don't get paid they just there for a beating. xD lol
