How do i go about losing weight and prepearing for a fight March 31st
i have my first fight secduled for march 31st i need to lose rougly 3-5 kg before then , how do i lose the weight properly and how can i train so that i am the fitest i have ever been during the fight
just train hard at the gym and listen to your coach
eat healthy foods (small portions too) and make sure to run at least four times per week if you wanna drop that weight
do say 3 long runs per week, get a stopwatch and run as hard as you can for 20-30 minutes and then once a week go down to an oval or running track and do sprints do say 2x100m 2x200m 2x400m 1x800m or something like that, have about 45 sec to a minute rest in between each sprint, it gets quite hard and you will get tired and be slow doing this but you need to just push on EVERY SINGLE SPRINT dont try and save energy, bust it on every one and just keep going and going...... trust me you will be fit and will do 3 hard rounds in the ring no problem if you do that

good advice il try and do some of that
yep it'll pay off
you've been boxing for a while haven't you? you should do well, just do what your coach says and remember a good cover defence, hands high, elbows in, chin tucked and nice crisp straight shots are really working well in the amateurs
