        half good post. The part about the carbs, fat and protein is roughly accurate, the rest is biased toward health food. If you're going to remember one thing from that post, remember 15% fat. It's difficult to get this much and it's necessary. Good luck doing it with lean meat while avoiding sugar and greasy food. Avocado, seafood and nuts aren't going to cut it.

          There was another post about famous fighter's actual diets. I'd recommend comparing this information with that information before formulating a diet.
