Hey everyone my name is Ty Baker.I've been interested in boxiung for a while,just never reaslly had time but i'd like to start trainig a.s.a.p. .My only problem is is that i dont know where any training spots are in ohio around the dayton area.If anyone kn ows of any please let me know.

check the links and have at 'er. Its one of the hardest sports to improve at but its also the most satisfying when you do.
