righthooker had best advice so far. but i would expand on it and change a thing or so. so, if anyone listens..
working with weights will increase strength, not force output.
those are very different things.
slugging a bag as hard as u can is opposite of what u should do. hit bag softly and relaxed to find where the kinks in the chain are.
force is coordination efficiency and intensity.
and why is so much awareness placed on horizontal and not vertical force. if u only focus on turning your hip you are only getting half the picture.
