Look at this link, the are a lot here.

I would say Jabb, chicago Boxing club or maybe gotime would be best.
Evanston Boxing Club has good fighters come out of there too.

Jabb is closer to downtown and Chicago boxing club is around by the White Sox field. I think there is one off of Belmont or something.

Jabbs a nice little gym though.
