Treadmill opinions?

the weather in england has been **** this past week making it very difficult to run. iv been hittin gym instead and using the treadmill, been gettin quite an intense workout using it. wanted to kno ur opinions on treadmill compared to normal roadwork?

consensus will tell you roadwork over treadmill. May be a bit of a pounding on the knees if done too much but you know your limits. If a treadmill is the only option then do it, its not like your pushing yourself backwards.
