Alright i was googling around and i came across that Nigel Benn did no sparring. How did he become so good with no sparring? What adjustments did he have to make? I found that very intresting.

I know Douggy DeWitt.. He went to school with my parents.. hyis brother stays in the bar 24/7 on the corner i used to hang out as a teenager..
