I used to do pilates once every 2 weeks but now that ive got abit more free time I do pilates twice in one week. 30 minutes at a time.
I also walk to the grocery store instead of drive; it seems my body is failing me, my muscles hurt and my heart is heavy.
Am i overtraining?
