Do i train enough

    Anyway, no i dont think you train too hard. Also, you havent told us what you do during those 2 hours. Personally, it doesnt sound too hard, and if those 2 hours are full of work than it sounds on target to me!

    I started when i was 14 and i trained intensely until i was 17 when i got injured from overtraining. It was a good start and it got me in fantastic shape. I'm also capable of knowing my limits and the right amount to train due to experience and sadly, my injury.

    If i were you i would push hard but dont overdo it or do anything ****** (like running on concrete with ankleweights)

      them 2 hrs is mostly bag work pads stomach and leg exercises and about 2 three rounds spars
