    five days a week never more than two hours. i also run three times a week reserving saturday for telephone poles.

      I plan to train for 5 days a week and leave weekends to myself so what i do is i go to school and as soon as i get home i go for my roadwork, when im finished that i get home and relax and around 7 i workout until 9.

        You should do your roadwork in the morning so you have fresh legs in the ring. Proper recovery is just as important as proper training. You could train like an idiot but fully recover all the time and make better gains then somebody who did all the right things but never allows himself to recover.

          Hm, very good point.

          well i guess im gonna have to refix my schedule, i try to get 8 hours of sleep and i go to bed at 10, wake up at 7 get ready for school and im there by 8:30. so should i go to bed earlier and get up sooner to go for a run?

            since i have school around 7 and cant hit the gym to run with everybody i wake up at 5 and run for a good 30 min about4 miles. after school i do strengh training. (push up chin up pull up squats throwing a medicine balll agianst the wall with one arm). for about 30 minutes. then i do about 4 rounds of heavy bag 3 min each. 4 rounds double end bag. 4 rounds of speed bag and 4 rounds of mitts.

              Since I joined the PAL and got laid off of work (about a month now) ive been going 5 days a week , 3 -4 hours a night..
