I've recentley started taking creatine for the first time in my life, and noticed it makes me gain weight. I was just wondering if it would be a good idea to cycle off it before my fight, or would would that make me lose the strength/muscle i've gained?

well creatine makes u retain water, so u have more endurance when working out. so u can do that extra set or extra few reps. of course that means that u gain more muscle as well as retain more water. if u wanna lose weight for the fight, i would suggest: go off of it.

creatine inflates u and makes u look like a puffed up baffon. being big and being strong aren't really the same thing.
