    my first training session in a month, i havent sweated like that for ages, we did sprints and other fitness stuff, it completely screwed me over im sore as ****

    hot and cold showers can help soreness right?

    only thing i know that helps soreness is time, recovery and ice/baths. wait til you spar again you'll come out of that ring so winded, it'll feel like you been smoking. happened to me last week.

        you need to research nutrition. thats the key to quick recovery! Im not sayin eating like a bodybuilder if your training like a boxer is best, but something like that without stuffing yourself with loads and loads of calories
