hey guys iv had a 3weeks brake from boxing because of christmas new years etc so now im back been 3 times this week but i wondering how can i get

i was going to buy some weights heavy weight but im only 14 and 5 foot 8 and predicted to be 6 foor 3 around thier tall so i duno if weights wud stunt growth etc i can run i hjav a 2mile circuit back on my house which is quite up hill etc tips guys
