    no alcohol or cigars, and healthy foods


    okay so:

    breakfast: two apples, two oranges, two pears, glass of water

    snack: handful of raisins

    lunch: 2 steamed cabbages, grilled chicken breast, 4 apples, glass of water

    no food for the rest of the day, only water


    i plan to be 150 lbs by december 2010

    Sounds like far to much fruit to me.

    I think halfing that fruit intake would be a sensible thing to do and substituting the other half for lean meats would be good.

      too much fruit. fruit is still sugar so you want to avoid alot of it plus with that you will be so sick of apples in a week.

      Eat some multigrain toast in the morning, if you want to lose weight you need to up your fiber like crazy. Also try eating more greens, a green serving with every meal. Try low fat cottage cheese and yogurt as well.

          chill out on all the fruit.. thats a lot of sugar.
