Best to run on empty stomach in the morning if you are trying to lose weight but it wont hurt to have a piece of fruit before. When you get back if you havent got much time, blend some low fat milk with eggs or egg white, low sugar cereal, fruit, peanut butter (if you have just only put in egg whites) and knock it back. Could use whey powder instead of the eggs.

Blenders are great. I dont think you cant take protein shakes just coz you are 14. In any case if you just blend a few eggs, oats, fruit and milk it is all natural anyway.

A Fruit like an orange, watermelon(slices), apple, would be good enough like Trrmo mentioned. I myself from experience used to get up at 5:00 a.m. to run my miles. On an empty stomach I dint have much problems running, but I switched it up to eating a fruit or mixed fruit shake 20 minutes b4 running and I really felt more energy to run and last longer. If you feel lazy to make yourself something b4 running just try an energy bar. You should just really try to experiment for yourself and see what works best for you

do not run sprints in the morning. morning = long runs / jogging. eat something high in carbs the night before. you will have enough energy to run without food. eat something after.
