For those of you who do HIIT treadmill training what is your sprint and rest ratio? Also what number do you have it for speed and incline?
I am 238 pounds of mostly muscle and do six 2 minute rounds at 7.5 MPH and 7.5 incline with 1 min break in between, usually an near exhaustion. I am always gasping for air the whole time after the 2nd round, but I manage to do this without holding onto the treadmill or reducing the setting. Is this poor compared to you guys?
Can I do this instead of outdoor running to boost endurance?
