    so do u guys know wats a sure way of loosin weight wat do u guys do? i kno der must b threads like this but i havent seen it, so im startin to look into startin to box im 18 but i figured i need to loose weight first n boost my stamina before i get into it so do u guys have any tips or anythin?

    Eat more healthy foods (lean meats and vegetables) and no junk food. Exercise more.

    Then learn to type like an adult and not a 12 year old.

      Don't worry about your weight, worry about your health and fitness. Old fashioned boxing training will get you where you need to go. Don't be like Oscar De La Hoya and get involved with the latest crackpot theory. Obviously didn't do him much good.

        OMG i don't even want to think about weight right now.

        I feel so fcukin fat, overweight and outta shape. I hate the holiday break. It's fcuks up my whole training regiment.

        I'll pick it right back up on January 5th though. I'll drop 10 pounds in a week.

          Well I make rice on a rice cooker...I love corn, broccoli, Wheat Bread, Sea Food taste GREAT and it isn't fattening...well depending on how you make it. Tuna in water NEVER in oil, Mustard over Mayonnaise. Chicken breast is the healthiest part of a chicken.

          Aguacate, Yuca, Egg whites...I lost 89 pounds eatin like this. DON'T ask what I used to weight

          Green Tea is GREAT for your metabolism.

            No pop, no beer. Eat small snacks throughout the day instead of 3 set meals. Stay busy so you don't get a chance to end up eatin just cuz you're bored and walked thru the kitchen. Exercise for an hr or 2 a day.
