    Back to the gym

I have been out of the gym for about a month and im starting gym again...

Basically i want to shed as many pounds as i can in a two week period in a new gym ive joined. Anyone got any good techniques/tips? Apart from running like a dog on the running machines...

cardio or training with a sweat suit and sawnyer work, althought thats the worst way but if you have to then you have to
But alot of cardio and walking
And cut down ur meals and fats and not too many carbs, 6 good meals a day not big ones tho for ex. breaky, morning fead, fead, lunch and a snack before training. then dinner, and then a nice 1 hour walk after dinner to just wear off the excess fats
But just up your training intensity, best way
(some of the ways i normally do it)
And if anyone ever says fast, dont do it, try not to ever make urself starve!
be prepared for a cirtain weight because it will just drain you.

1 gallon of water, running, gym work, sauna suit, diet, and more running.

If you want to lose weight, you're gonna have to work your ass off.
