    2 hours of mma training
    3 hours of lifting
    1.5 hours of boxing
    5 hours grappling

    a week.

    more mma training bro. oh... and you forgot to add cardio in there. cardio is much needed.

        Hey **** you guys that doesn't include the two days or rugby a week starting in 2 and a half months. That's a **** load of cardio.

          Starting in 2 and a half months...in the meantime you should think about jogging a little.

                looks good but I'd cut the lifting to 1 hour
