Taking a big step up in competition in a few days. Guy is much more experienced than me, but it will be a good test to see where I'm at since I'll be open class soon.

good luck with it man. In the open class you find out really fast whether your going to sink or swim. Train hard, fight harder and keep us posted...............Rockin'

yeah, you need to take fights like that

last year for example i won a few fights in a row, just fighting novices, so i stepped it up and fought a guy with twice as much experience as me. definitely somethign you have to do

2nd fight on the 30th of april gotta get down to 72 kg im no more than 73.5 just been running and skipping and some sparring.
gotta let my jab go alot more and I will find everything alot easier
