Deluxe heavy bag stand

yo, i just got an everlast deluxe heavy bag stand with the speed bag attachment from the sports authority. The box was a little torn when i got it and when i opened it up it was even worse there were no instructions on how to set it up and the parts were scratched i called the place back to exchange it but they said we dont carry it anymore , so now im pissed, lol, and i dont know how to set up , but the guy said u can find the instuctions on the everlast website , i looked all over and i cant find ****. What should i do now?

i think title carries it too, give em a call and tell em u bought it from THEM (they prolly won't help u otherwise) and say there were no instructions included.
