  • I broke my back :(

Mike Tyson style, nah just kidding but seriously though
everytime after 2 or 3 rounds my back starts to hurt but not like I got punched there, I can't explain it some of you pros might understand =/
    any solutions?
Maybe 'cause my stance is ****ed up I tend to re-enact Joe Frazier's style but a more ****ed up newbie way( I tend to bend over and crouch at the same time)

    Are you tall?

What I think it might be is that your back isn't very strong. (Especially if your tall or still growing) Is it your lower back?

I used to have problems with my back when I was younger and growing playing basketball. I would take like 5 ibuprofen to get me through a game. Bad news.

You have to do back extensions. Even if you do them laying flat on the floor. Lay on your stomach and then using the muscles in your lower back lift your chest up off the floor. Start small and then increase your number. Before you know it you can lay on the end of the ring and increase your range of motion.

          Posture, D O double G.

Be graceful and smooth. You could be leaning foward? Try bending your knees in your stance?
