What mouthpiece do you guys use?

jus a regular mouthpiece... in my opinion there is no need to get fancy with things like that, even though ive wanted to try a nice mouthpiece see what its like

FFS its a freakin mouthguard

go down to the chemists and buy one you can boil up and use for $5 instead of wasting $50 on some fancy thing

i always use cheap mouthguards and it makes no difference, if you're worried about getign hurt learn some defence

According to my dentist, they're all the same. Custom mouth guards are made for comfort, but a boil and bite will provide the same protection as long as it fits snug. Fitting snug means that when you open your mouth, the mouthguard stays attached to your top teeth.

same. my dentist is a good family-friend. he said the boil and bite material is the same, and custom mouth guards are really just about fitting better.

Yeah some like a custom made from there dentist or some like just to be simple and buy one.
