Arrggghh..Boxing diets suck!! I'd say that's the hardest thing about being a fighter. The diet.
Rule of thumb: If it tastes good and has lots of flavor, it's probably not good for you.

carbs in the morning... rice, bread, pasta, cereal... but nothing too drastic, enough to give you energy for the day.
lots of water. i like taking vitamin c alot but ive been thinking about getting centrum for multi vitamins.
and eat lots of boiled chicken and steak.
i been thinking about getting powder protein to accelerate muscle recovery too.

Most boxers don't have such a stringent diet.. as long as they're getting enough calories for them to burn when they workout..
stick with whole organic foods. Stay away from processed foods or any carbonated beverages. drink water. 5-6 small meals a day. eat your veggies.
