anyone know of a healthy cooking oil

i remember my spanish teacher telling me of a healthy cooking oil that i can use to cook food w/. I just cant remember what it was.

i personally prefer olive oil but be certain its extra ******. Coconut oil is also a good alternative

you can also use extra ****** olive oil......

Coconut Oil, Lard, Palm Oil, Tallow, Olive Oil, Butter, Toasted Sesame Oil.

All of them are healthy and full of benefits.

Stay away from Canola Oil, Vegetable oils, and the like.
