My shadow boxing vid I made

You'll have to move your heads to the side to view because it's a horizontal camera . But just posting to see what you think .What am I doing wrong ,is there anything I can improve on ,what.do u think of my performance ,It's only for conditioning ,I'm thinking of joining a boxing gym soon

is it just me or is almost every one of your punches an upper cut? also you keep leaning in with the few jabs you throw... before you shadow box building up bad habits, learn it at a real gym.

you need to stay on your back foot more and when you jab... don't lean, keep your right hand up against your chin. If i was fighting you right now, and you jabbed at me... I'd crack you with a left so easily.

you need to learn punching fundamentals before you do this. otherwise you are reinforcing incorrect techniques. join a gym.

                Bloody hell ....sore neck.

When you throw your left you can see your right elbow come backwards, actually your whole right arm. Dont do this! We shouldnt be able to see any of your right arm or elbow come back when you throw your left. Your right elbow should be protecting your body when your throw your left and your right fist in guard position by your chin.

Stance looks ok, long straight punches good, those long uppercut right thingys your throw ..well... just dont ok?

Go to a gym and get your technique sorted. Good to see the full extension on your straight punches, this will give you distance. Better than half extended arm punches that you usually see posted (some one with a good jab could knock these guys out) .

                    Your punches are too wide!

and your hands are too low!
