but im not about to skim through all these pages of threads so anybody know any good core workouts? And this isnt as important cuz I pretty much got leg workouts down ie. Squat, Front Squat,One legged squats, Vert Leg Press, Leg Press, Leg Curls, Leg Extensions, Calf Raises. If anyone knows any leg workouts other than these feel free to lemme know. Thanks.

If you're too lazy to search through old threads, you're too lazy to do the exercises, so there's really no point in telling you.

Thanks for the help man! Haha cant argue with your logic can I now, because im ohh so sure that page after page of sparring sessions, and boxing and breathing techniques and how much people should weigh can help me out so much.

what are your goals? I would just stick to the squats and calf raises. if just for boxing. For boxing lastest thought seems to be high weight, low rep, explosive action.

You've already admitted you are a LAZY bum who cannot be asked even stretching to get his knee better and cuts corners in gym. Now you claim to be a fighter. Make your mind up ***get!

I do not know wtf instrution manuals are but if you are referring to instructional books then you are a class A idiot. Books on boxing technique are useless and you have to learn by doing! I would say a DVD might make more sense than a book, but coaching is even better as they can look at how you do it. When you read them you won't even understand them until you are coached so WTF is the point? Always get a good coach instead of getting them manuals. The only good training book is Boxing Workouts by Gary Todd as it is not instructional. It just outlines the type of routines they do.
