  • I have a QUESTION!!!

This is a serious question btw
Before I joined boxing I noticed I **** alot of **** and ate oily and fatty foods.
After I joined I ate the same amount but alot healthier practically everything I ate had nutritional value. I train 5 days a week and 3 hours a day. I eat mainly eggs and grains veggies and fruits. And usually drink muscle milk after workout.

I have been farting alot ever since I started boxing and healthy eating. But when I poop there is only like 4 gumball sized poops it's been like that ever since I switched to healthier foods and commited to training.

My question is , is all this because I am eating and training efficently and the farting is because everything is being burned off well and I don't need to **** that much?

Are you drinking enough water?? Have variety in your food that you eat. Try eating fish, chicken, red meat etcetc. Not only eggs.

well first off, good on u. you just need to give your body time to adjust to the changes you've made. your also eating a lot more fiber; fiber makes u feel full but once u eat something that provides more vitamins and nutrients for ur body, it replaces the fiber (thats why fiber makes u gassy). another thing is that since ur eating a lot healthier ur body is using more of what ur consuming so u don't need to crap as much garbage out

The reason you "****" more when you eat all that greasy garbage is simply that - it's garbage. Your body doesn't metabolize it as well as healthy food and it sends it out in the form of waste...of course not before it breaks down all the fatty lipids and sticks them to your belly. Ever notice how bad you have to use the bathroom after eating taco bell? That stuff does not sit well w/ anyone's stomach.

so the four gumballs of poop are normal?

Well four gumballs is kinda small, but probably not any reason for concern. As long as you don't feel constipated you are probably ok. If you are constipated or it's painful to pass your waste, then you have a problem.

For the gas, I recommend you drink fennel tea before you go to bed. Just buy some fennel seeds and boil them in water. Then filter out the seeds and drink the tea. I drink it every other night. It helps with food digestion and it will clear out the gas while you sleep. It's good stuff, but I only recommend you drink it if you don't share a bed/room with someone. You might start to piss them off.

too much gas is a side effect of eating allot of proteins, if ur not planning to bulk up i would recommend to cut down on the egs and muscle milk.
