do a lot of push ups in the morning and at nite and youll get better abs in a couple of months it worked for me great but if ur wanting 2 get them sooner then i have no clue
You need a combonation of cardio diet and strength training . Or try hiit and mix it up with bodyweight exercise circuits and diet . Diet is a must .I read in a magazine that you can do all the running and crunches in the world but your abs wont appear if crisps and pizza are part of your diet .
