my knee trouble i need help

      chavez thank you for the info but after your jolie comment i realized your nothing more than a **** breath hyena face man ****er with dream of taking over the world you *****. angelina jolie is perfection in the flesh. she is one of the most beautiful women to ever grace the sivler screen and she hes some of the best feet in hollywood. her toes are right up there with pam andersons.

      also what is a phsio? is that some bloody wanker talk or something? im from america and the ****** help me out. and are lamb trotter some kind or animals bi product? because i dont do those either. what are the exact sources of its extraction? also i gotta remeber to stretch fo sho. i got tennis elbow and i always have problems remembering to strthc. i acquired it form weightlifting and having sex with your overweight sister.

      also what muscles should i focus on? to prevent the knee pressure? also i think i mightve found out the reason behind my trouble i think its my instep my left comes down totally diffrent form my right and i walk on the outside of my foot on my left and i felt the pressure on my knee and when i straightened up my walk i noticed no pressure how can i adjust this? with in soles or arches? and how old are u ceasar and how long you been training u wack *****? thanks

        Ok then DJ, you seem to know your stuff, no need to ask for help... And I did say severe pain, I am not with you, how am I supposed to know how bad your pain is! So don't diss my suggestion, or I won't suggest!

        Cortisone is helpful and reversible, but it depends on what kind of arthrirtis you have..ask your doc, anyhow.

          I don't think he has arthritis. A senior citizen is not likely to post on a boxing forum asking for training tips.

          Pammie Andeson is another butch dog you blind ****! She is a Barbie Doll with a nice body and average/dog features. As for fish Jolie look at how disgusting she was in that movie with Redneck Billy Bob. Says it all that that smelly guy can shag her.           If you don't know physio is short for physiotherapist, then you are a dumber inbred then I initially thought. I think in N America you ******s tried to be different and in some places you call them physical therapists, which is still physio in short form! Find a good sports physio. WTf, everyone in sport knows what a physio is! Lol, every team in the world probably has an entire TEAM of them. Lamb trotters are not animal bi-products it is a natural cut of meat. It is not red meat though, which contains Iron and I don't know why your such a cissy that you don't eat steaks. Seafood will also give your joints what they need. If you keep forgetting to stretch 2-3 times a day then don't be surprised at your slow recovery. My sister doesn't exist, just like all the other women you slept with fatso. Talk about self PWN!

          I been training for about 12 years, which is how I know all this. You should really stretch everythinbg form head to toe when you train to prevent injuries in general. because of your knees do extra on the hamstrings, quads and groin and a bit on calves too. Basically all the major leg muscles. The advantage of doing this with Therabands lying down is that you cover the glutes (arse) too. They are important in your balance and alignment, especially when your foot lands during sport. If you don't have Therabands next best thing is your own hands:



          The glute exercises will also stabilise your knees and other muscles surrounding it:

          If under your dumb system you don't have the medical care because it's like third world and you need insurance, then it would be Ok to do all this at home and you can probably get all the same benefits as going to the physiotherapist. There is plenty of stuff on the net if you want to go the self help root. Just Google search knee physiotherapy! Most of the exercises and stretches I have given you over past few pages are the core essentials and should get you through if you do them at least 3-4 times a week. Daily is much better though. Therebands are very very cheap, and physios will give you them free.

          Good luck with your recovery gaylord, and get well soon. Fair play on the red K, at least your passionate about something if not training. I don't understand why anyone outside his own family would love the **** punk ass biatch Zab Judah for, but never mind. Your knee problems should improve with these exercises unless of course the cartilidge is actually turned over and is locking. In that case, keyhole surgery is the only way to fix the problem! These exercises even help missing and snapped ligaments which haev NOT been replaced/reconstructed.

            glucosomine sulphate and chondroitin (^^some guy up there mentioned it) is good. a friend of mine has very little cartilage in his left knee and he sez it helps. i have screwed knees too and i wear neoprene braces, nothing fancy, just those $20 from ur drug store. don't get one of those metal/plastic custom ones unless u absolutely need one, cos then ur body will expect that support which leads to a weakened joint. the neoprene braces still allow a full range of motion and work real well cos they help retain heat on said joint.

              Do you mean like a tubigrip? My physio said any brace that was more than tubigrip would cause problems as you mentioned. The joint would become dependent on brace and become alot weaker. I use Skins so there is no need for me to use the tubigrip, as Skins will retain heat and keep the entire leg warm as well as muscles firmly in place.

              DJ Quik that is another thing that will help you alot. Skins reduce lactic and more importantly stop muscle vibration. They look after muscles, and as mentioned before when I was telling you about the stretches:

              better conditoned muscles = less pressure on joints

                well i'm from Canada so i've never heard of tubigrip or skinz but i'm assuming they're the American equivalent to the Tensor bandage (a reusable length of supportive material that u can wrap around a joint). theres a company up here called Tensor and i just use their basic neoprene brace. no stabilizers on the sides, no additional straps, basically just a neoprene sleeve with an open patella (knee hole). i'm not a big fan of anything that you need to wrap cos i find that u constantly need to stop and adjust it, braces are one piece so they're all good. a couple of times a week i'll work out w/o them and i have no problems

                  I found that glucosomine is a great supp to take for knee probs...but you gotta keep takin it.

                  I also found that knee braces helped to an extent...they can only do so much...... you don't want to rely on knee braces all the time.... just try to strengthen your hams/glutes....

                    im sorry i live in america not the cave of a third wolrd country that still makes fire with stick and rocks. we have phsysical trainers and therapist not cave men with degrees. and you speakin against pam only means one thing. your probably think tommy lee was the real ''looker '' in that relationship. so that means you like male genitalia. also i talked wioth a trainer today and he told me i might need insoles too. im plat footed and i run on the outside of my foot alot and he told me this helped him alot too. also i need to do alot of various stretched anyway thats keeps me solid and everything good. just how your auntie likes me before and round of loving in the sheets. and i took glucostamine before in the form of liquid joint juice and it worked wonder but like medicine when you feel good you sto taking it and thats my downfall.

                    also how long or how many set would you prescribe and do you do squats? also how old are you punching bag for amatuers. how many days a week do you train. ive fell of weekly on my road work and traing and i need a gauge. also where can i find therabands online or a local sporting store and whats the cost?
