    hello all, i want to go back into competing in am. boxing. however i also do mma. (plzz dont give me any quit mma stuff. lol) is training 2 or 3 days a week enough for boxing. about 1:30 to 2 hours. if three is enough ill do everything i can to get down there 3 days per week. i also work as well as school. on wed. i grapple so i still get a workout. thurs-i spar. so i was thinking mon-box, tues-box, and thurs-day just spar, friday-box if schedule permitts but not always. thanks for your answers in advance

    The best boxers I know train 5-7 days a week and often twice a day. But honestly it just depends on how good you want to be.

    I'd consider what you did with MMA. The time you put in and the results you got would be similar to what you'd get from boxing.
