hello all, i want to go back into competing in am. boxing. however i also do mma. (plzz dont give me any quit mma stuff. lol) is training 2 or 3 days a week enough for boxing. about 1:30 to 2 hours. if three is enough ill do everything i can to get down there 3 days per week. i also work as well as school. on wed. i grapple so i still get a workout. thurs-i spar. so i was thinking mon-box, tues-box, and thurs-day just spar, friday-box if schedule permitts but not always. thanks for your answers in advance
