Looking to buya bag for keeping fit at home, was wondering what sort of weight I should be looking at? I've seen 25kg ones - I'm not exactly Sonny Liston with my punches but don't want something that will swing wildly after every hit. And size too, will 4ft be about right?

I had a 70lb 42inch everlast bag, but i needed something a lil bit longer and heavier, so i got a 100lb 48inch everlast nevatear bag. Im not a big guy im 5'8 and 145lbs -
ohh yea one more thing I was going to get the Title Big **** Heavy Bag but i got such a good deal on the everlast one.
the title big **** heavy bag is imo the best bag to get, cuz you can throw every punch at this bag. here is the link

if you dont want it to be swinging wildly, stay away from the 80lb bags, get something at least 100.Comment
