    Try and go out for a 20 minute slow jog twice a week just to start your day off. Eventually this will be like a habit and you will want to do it. A drill on the bag is do 3 rounds of 30 second punch out drills. It is where you punch both hands for 30 seconds flat out, 1 minute rest and repeat. For more advice visit www.rossboxing.com

    Also out of subject how do i get them moving picture on my poster underneath my signature? I can't find out how to do it lol. Cheers

      I think you meant 'aspiring' boxer. If you are not boxing but still looking to get fit, I would give you same advice as I would give to a fighter:

      Do plenty of roadwork!

      Problem solved.

          It might be asking too much from these casual fitness types. TBH I don't think they should actually be posting in a boxing training forum. Maybe they should go to the commercial fitness gym and perve on girls with their beer bellies like everyone else!
