Right, im weigh 175pounds and im 5"11". I wanna lose about 10pounds but turn that 10pounds into muscle, how would i go about doing that? and how long would it take?
I can basically do any weights machine but i can't really do the bench press because it hurts my wrists.
I eat stuff like chicken tikka baguettes,tuna, fruit, red/white meat, pasta but I eat stuff like burgers/chips often aswell so i guess i'd have to cut that out.
