Do 400 leg raises on top of all your other ab work. I do 400 sit ups 400 crunches and then 400 of these. I know that other people do more but I am trying to build it up more while doing medicine ball conditioning too. I have six pck and had an 8 pack when I was young. I am trying to get it back!
