Dont eat alot of calories, fat grams, carbs until after your weigh in. The day of your weigh in dont eat nothing and hardly drink anything. That should make you loose about 3 lbs. tell us if you made your weight

Goto a local pharmacy and look / ask for Aboline. It is a womens skin care product.

Put that on your body(Chest, arms, legs, ect), throw on a shirt, and either a trashbag and a sweat shirt over it, or your sauna suit. Do your shadow boxing(4-5 rounds is good), then jump rope for 15 minutes straight with no break, and do 30 second sprints.

If you still have more in you after that, hit the bag / pads, or hop on the bike/tredmil/stair climber.

Cut food, cut liquid (don't drink in fianl 24 hours before wiegh in) run alot and wear a sauna suit. You can do this safely if you force down carbo max rinks after weigh in. All that dehydration and muscle wastage **** is bollocks. Train hard, succeed.

I get a lot of guys asking about my sauna suits, so here goes.

This is the only saunasuit that is guaranteed not to rip or tear during your workouts, is machine-washable, and sizes range from Small to 4XL.

IT looks like a regular sweatsuit, but the sweat aid inner lining is what gets the work done.
